HTX Reports Record July Growth Across TradFi, Automated Trading, and Yield Products
TradFi Expansion HTX broadened its TradFi lineup by adding 56 new futures contracts, 51 of which were stock contracts. The new listings cover commodities, precious metals, AI chips, and memory, bringing the total TradFi asset count to 170. These include U.S. individual stocks, ETFs, and pre‑IPOs. To help users navigate the growing catalog, the exchange added a dedicated TradFi tab on its website and refined index sources and funding rates so that stock contract pricing aligns more closely with real‑world market conditions.
The impact was immediate. By month‑end, daily TradFi volume reached a historical high, exceeding ten times the June average. Cumulative TradFi volume for July climbed to roughly $2.5 billion.
Automated Trading Copy‑trading volume jumped 184 % from June, while futures bot volume rose 9 %. The average position value increased 7 %. HTX credits an improved leaderboard that attracts high‑quality traders and expands copy‑trading options.
July also saw the launch of the Trailing Grid feature. Grid intervals now shift dynamically with market movements, and the initial order‑placement for futures grid uses limit orders, cutting slippage and boosting long‑term yield. Other updates include a one‑click close for dual‑direction positions, enhanced risk‑control models, and a consolidated Futures Event Center.
Earn and Lending HTX Earn attracted nearly 28,000 participants in July, with subscription volume topping $290 million. Stablecoins led the pack, and flexible Earn products for USDT, USDD, and USDC drew over 20,000 users, generating close to $250 million in subscriptions. A new BTC VIP Flexible Earn offering 1 % APY launched for Prime 5 and above clients, complementing the existing USDT VIP Flexible Earn.
Lending services introduced a Collateral Swap that lets users stake BTC, ETH, or USDT to borrow TRX, deposit it into TRON Stake 2.0, and earn energy‑leasing yields. Limited‑time low‑interest loan options appeared for XAUT, HYPE, ONDO, and AAVE. HTX’s Liquidity Boost continued to provide large‑scale lending to global top‑tier market makers and institutional clients, supporting assets such as TRX and USDT.
World Cup Campaign HTX staged a World Cup prediction contest with a $500,000 USDT prize pool covering champion, match outcomes, and goal tallies. Nearly 13,000 participants registered, casting more than 180,000 votes and generating trading volume close to $170 million. An exclusive VIP tour for SVIP clients was also held at the World Cup quarter‑final venue.
Genesis Hackathon and Trade to Earn The Genesis Hackathon, co‑hosted by HTX DAO and B.AI, wrapped up with over 200 developer teams tackling AI and Web3 projects. HTX launched its first TradFi “Trade to Earn” event, offering negative fees on TradFi contracts and allocating 100 % of fees to $HTX buyback and burn. The first round achieved $63 million USDT in trading volume and returned more than 1.8 billion $HTX to users. A second round is underway.
Upcoming Anniversary HTX is gearing up for its 13th‑anniversary celebration, with additional events planned to reward users for their continued support.
The July report underscores HTX’s relentless focus on expanding TradFi offerings, refining automated trading tools, and broadening yield and lending products—all while engaging users through themed campaigns and developer initiatives.
